The 5 week course is held in her Kindergarten Room Studio where you will be taught step by step how to asemble an audience ready performance, including character development, music selection, dance moves, stage presence, hairstyles, make up, costuming, self promotion, and even a live performance before an audience. The classes are limited to 10 students to ensure every one receives individual attention from Trixie and her Instructors including Miss Kitty Baby, Tamara The Trapeze Lady, Ravenna Black, Pidgeon Von Tramp, and Pasties Instruction by Fleur Du Mal. Class tuition is $350. required at time of enrollment.

If you're looking to meet wonderful ladies and gain a whole lot of self-esteem in the process, then the Kindergarten of Burlesque is for you.  When you walk into this class on your first night you are immediately welcomed and comfortable.  Your creative side will shine (like sequins and glitter) when you get to create and improve you costume and act throughout the class.  
Miss Trixie Lane The Queen of Shame and her Guest Instructors were immensely supportive and wonderful in helping to create you burlesque persona.  These women know what they are doing and can really make you feel wonderful.

Trixie Lane is more than an amazing burlesque talent, she is also a spectacular burly mom!!! She really takes you under her wing as she guides you into the wonderful world of burlesque! She gives you the confidence you need to get on stage and have the time of your life!  Every week is full of tips and tequniques as you learn how to be the 'next big thing" even if  its just for one night! And the guest stars that come in blow you away! Everyone is so sweet and full of advice and really there to help out in anyway they can.  The class feels more like girls night in as you get crafty making pasties, dance with boas, do make-up and hair, and giggle and gossip with the other girls.  I had a such a blast as a student, I'm thinking of taking it again just to have my girl nights back!!! And if you think the class is fun, wait until you get yourself out on stage!!  So whether your looking for guidance to break out in the burlesque world or you just want to experience the fun of it... Everything you need to learn, you'll learn in Kindergarten!!

If you are looking to explore a new avenue in your life, I highly recommend this class taught by the experienced Trixie Lane.  You will come out of this class taking with you knowledge of what its like being a great burlesque performer!  Every week we learned something new: posing, make-up, hair, how to greet the audience and so much more.  Trixie is extremely supportive, knowledgeable and with the passion that radiates from her, you cant help but become passionate about it yourself.  Trust me when I say, you dont need experience of any kind when you go into this class.  I took the class because I've always wanted to do something "different."  What ever your motivation to take the class, you'll come out of it feeling really great that you did!
